Tentative bookings or bookings on hold will be automatically canceled after the deadline mentioned by the reservation team
Tentative bookings can be modified or canceled without any charge.
We charge 100% advance payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations can be refunded only 15 days prior to check-in date.
Dates of the confirmed booking cannot be changed after the 7th day prior to check-in date; the date change will also be subject to room availability in next dates and can be used within 6 months of check-in.
6.For any personal emergency with in last 15 days prior to check-in, amount will not be refunded and can be utilized within 6 months of check-in date. This booking is transferrable also.
In case of flight cancellation or closure of road due to landslide or any other personal reason, full amount can be utilized within 6 months of check-in date but there will be no refunds.
The amount held by THE LEAF can also be used by any friend or family member of the client. Booking will be transferrable.
Special refund cases must be communicated over email i.e. [email protected]. Approval of refund is at management’s discretion.
Two-person breakfast is complimentary with each room. Additional charges will be applied for a third and fourth person. The additional charge for an extra mattress and breakfast will be PKR 2,000/per person (above 10 years of age).
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. We will try to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out, but if it is not possible, guests may use our public facilities while waiting. If a guest fails to vacate the room in a timely manner, management will have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. Guests are free to smoke outside. A cleaning fee will be charged for guests who violate this policy.
Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the hotel property caused by them or their guests. Any costs associated with the repair or replacement of damaged property will be charged to the guest's credit card.
