Valid Identification Information Required:

Government of Pakistan policy mandates that the original CNIC (for all domestic guests), or passport with valid visa (for all international guests) must be shown at Check-In.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Free cancellation applies to cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in. 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in while No refunds apply for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

Flight Cancellation:

In case of flight cancellation, guests may be eligible to transfer their booking to a future date (up to 3 months), subject to availability. A copy of their air ticket is required to avail this option. Refunds will be processed within 21 days for cash/bank transfer payments. Credit card refunds are subject to the card issuer's policy.

Security Deposit Policy:

At the time of Check-In, a minimum of 50% of the room rental is to be paid in advance as room incidentals.

Note:

Reservations without advance payment are considered tentative and are held for 24 hours. A reminder will be sent before the 24-hour expiry, after which the reservation will be cancelled.
